Wikitōria (Tūhourangi Ngāti Wāhiao, Ngāti Whakaue, Ngai Te Rangi, Ngāti Ranginui, Ngāti Pūkenga) is Audit New Zealand’s General Manager Audit Services. The General Manager Audit Services is accountable for ensuring that Audit New Zealand is a high-performing audit practice and is responsible for the overall management of Audit New Zealand’s core operational activities.
She has significant senior leadership experience in the private sector (financial and professional services) and public service (Crown and statutory entities in addition to public service departments). Her core leadership experience has been caring for high-performing professional teams providing advice that enables strategic success, often in a geographically and technically diverse environment. She focuses on influencing long-term outcome improvement and has experience in implementing entity-level performance change in a range of different environments.
Wikitōria also serves as a governor of Māori economic entities. She is a product of her background, which expects participation in activities that facilitate intergenerational success. Her focus here is on delivering on shareholder aspirations for commercial growth and resilience while maintaining a kaupapa Māori approach to business.
