Lloyd Kavanagh (IDP-C (INSEAD), AMP (Wharton), LLB (Otago)) leads MinterEllisonRuddWatts’ Financial Services practice. He is a recognised thought-leader on governance issues. He has written numerous articles and regularly speaks on the governance implications of climate change, including to INFINZ, Institute of Directors, the Climate Change and Business Conference, and the UNEPFI Regional Roundtable for Sustainable Finance in Asia Pacific.
Stephanie de Groot BSc / LLB (Auckland) is a Senior Associate in the Environment Team at law firm at MinterEllisonRuddWatts. She specialises in providing advice on all aspects of environmental and resource management law. Stephanie has a particular interest in climate change response and adaptation and regularly advises clients on climate change policy developments and compliance with the ETS.
