Stephanie joined our Specialist Audit and Assurance Services (SAAS) team in May 2024, following more than 10 years’ experience in public sector procurement.
This includes five years managing the procurement capability team within New Zealand Government Procurement.
Her experience includes:
- advising on updates to the Government Procurement Rules;
- overseeing the implementation of guidance and training to support the rollout of Broader Outcomes for Procurement;
- developing and leading the cross-agency Procurement Graduate Programme;
- implementing and overseeing the Procurement Capability Index; and
- leading the refresh of face-to-face and online training for public sector procurers.
Stephanie has more than 15 years’ experience working in the New Zealand public sector across a variety of roles, including finance, policy, business management, and procurement.
Stephanie has a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Economics and Commercial Law), and she is Prince 2 Project Management certified at Practitioner level.
