Hi, I'm Una Foyle. I joined Audit New Zealand as a graduate after completing their summer internship.
Well, I wasn't stuck photocopying or making coffees. I was actually really surprised at the amount of independence and responsibility I was given.
My team gave me loads of support, no question seemed too simple, so I felt like I was learning early on and making a difference to both my team and the clients. No one day is the same.
I love being able to travel to client's sites and work with people face to face. We work hard, but my mentors and managers care about my goals. They know I love representing Canterbury in football, so they align work that's able to fit around my practices and matches during the football season, so I can keep doing what I love inside and outside of work.
The Graduate Programme definitely sets you up with all you need for future successes.
