Chantelle Gernetzky joined us as an Audit Director in February 2018. She started her career at Grant Thornton in South Africa before moving to the Auditor-General’s Office in South Africa to complete her training, where she progressed to Acting Manager. She has also worked in UK in the internal audit and assurance in the public sector. Most recently Chantelle has been a Partner in a private audit practice in South Africa. Chantelle’s audit clients have included provincial departments, municipalities, and other public entities such as economic development agencies, plus a range of commercial clients. She was also a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants Board.
Chantelle’s portfolio includes:
- Energy Sector;
- District Councils and their commercial subsidiaries.
