Leon has been an Audit Director since 2008; before that he worked in the private sector in South Africa.
Leon has a diverse audit portfolio, which includes:
- local authorities and their subsidiaries;
- energy lines companies;
- tertiary education institutions; and
- licensing trusts.
He has experience of auditing government departments, Crown entities, State-owned enterprises, and district health boards. And, he has carried out assurance work on asset management and procurement.
Leon is a member of our National Manager Development Group – an internal group that shares responsibility for developing managers throughout the organisation.
